Pokémon Concierge Season 2 (2025): Haru Returns with Heart, Healing, and New Guests 🏝️✨
The resort is open again—and so is Haru’s heart 💛.
The beloved stop-motion animated series Pokémon Concierge returns for its second season, streaming worldwide on 📅 September 4, 2025, only on 📺 Netflix. In this new chapter, we rejoin Haru, the once-insecure concierge who has blossomed into a more confident and capable caretaker of Pokémon in need of comfort and rest 🌸.
A Warm Welcome Back to the Island 🌞🏖️
Set in a picturesque tropical resort just for Pokémon 🐾, Pokémon Concierge continues to deliver cozy vibes and emotional storytelling. After a heartwarming first season, Haru is no longer the hesitant newcomer we first met—she’s now grown into her role, and alongside her loyal companion Psyduck 🦆💭, she's ready to welcome a fresh wave of Pokémon guests.
In episodes 5 through 8, we meet an adorable lineup of new visitors, including:
❄️ Sealeo
⚡ Shinx
🦁 Luxray
🔥 Arcanine
🦞 Corphish
Each brings their own charm and stories, offering Haru new ways to connect, grow, and occasionally solve the little challenges that come with running a Pokémon paradise 🌺.
Past and Present Collide 💔🔁
The new season isn’t just about new Pokémon—it’s about Haru’s emotional journey, too. A surprise arrival stirs the calm of the resort: Kent, Haru’s ex-boyfriend (voiced by Keita Machida) 😮💬, shows up, and his sudden presence raises questions. Why is he here? What unfinished business remains between them?
Meanwhile, Tyler's uncle Dan (voiced by Kazuhiro Yamaji) arrives with his longtime companion Sealeo 🧓❄️, carrying a quiet sadness. As Haru spends time with Dan and the others, she’s reminded that healing isn’t just for the Pokémon—it’s for people too 🤝❤️.
A Visual and Musical Escape 🎨🎶
As with its first season, the series continues to shine with its soothing, handcrafted stop-motion animation from dwarf studios 🛠️, delivering a unique aesthetic rarely seen in mainstream anime. The charming visuals are perfectly
complemented by the vibrant new theme song, "ONOMATOPE ISLAND" by Tatsuro Yamashita 🎵🏝️, promising a playful and dreamy soundscape.
From Humble Beginnings to Global Praise 🌍👏
Pokémon Concierge debuted on Netflix in December 2023 and quickly became a fan favorite for its gentle tone, imaginative setting, and touching character development 💖. A collaboration between The Pokémon Company, Netflix Animation, and dwarf studios, the series blends adventure, fantasy, and comedy into a slow-paced but deeply rewarding experience 🧳✨.
Critics praised its heartfelt narrative and artistic style 🎭, and following its warm reception, Netflix announced in early 2024 that more episodes were in production. Now, with Season 2 nearly here, fans can look forward to another round of calm storytelling with meaningful emotional beats 📘🍃.
